Restaurant's Journey!Bhandara Bites restaurant is founded by Bright bharat Venture corporation with the vision to bring authentic Indian style cuisines with healthy ingredients for everyone (in bhandara style). This is a joint venture by Mr. Namit Kumar and Mr. Vinod Kumar Saini.

The Chef? Vinod Kumar Saini himself
Chef Vinod Saini, a culinary virtuoso with 34 years of experience in fine dining across India and Canada. Formerly, the Head Master Chef Indian at Jamavar, The Leela Palace New Delhi, Chef Saini's accolades include 'Best Indian Chef' and the restuarant receiving Best North Indian Restaurant in Five-Star Hotel at BBC Good Food Awards 2019. Recognized for his modern twist on traditional dishes, Chef Vinod is a culinary storyteller, offering exclusive cooking classes, and interactive demonstrations. His expertise extends to curating menus for Lufthansa Airlines, where he also served as their ‘Star Chef’ - Consultant Chef, for first and business class. He was also one of the judges on the panel of Lufthansa for their concluded ‘Cook and Fly Contest’.
